Terms of Service (Phoenix Fighters)

Overview
By placing an order with Phoenix Fighters, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both our customers and our business.

Products & Orders

• All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

• Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

• Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Returns & Replacements

• Returns are not accepted for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

• If you receive a defective or misprinted item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@phoenixfighters.ca with photos of the issue.

• Our fulfillment partner (Printful) will review the claim and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Limitations

• Phoenix Fighters is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

• Unauthorized use of our logos, designs, or content is prohibited.
