Refund & Return Policy

Phoenix Fighters products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at info@phoenixfighters.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Our fulfillment partner (Printful) will review the claim and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

⚠️ Please do not send returns to our business address. Returns sent directly to us cannot be processed. All claims must go through our fulfillment partner to ensure a replacement is issued correctly.
